Simply slip your tanning sheet between your sheets, insert your pillow into the built-in pillow-case, fold the protective flap for arms over the top of your quilt and go to bed to enjoy a comfortable stain-free night sleep!

Wash your tanning sheet thoroughly before use. We recommend washing several times to ensure no dye runs, especially if your tanning sheet is a dark in colour and you have light coloured linen. If you’re concerned about your linen we’d strongly suggest choosing a lighter coloured tanning sheet.
